NeuroCosmica Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NeuroCosmica’s website, services, Light Algorithms, Light Calendar of Life, assessments, content, affiliate system, and all related features offered under the trademark and brand NeuroCosmica, part of Kingdom of Angels, a Florida Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use NeuroCosmica services.

1. Description of Services

NeuroCosmica is a personalized energetic alignment platform that delivers customized vibrational tools known as Light Algorithms. These tools are supported by:

Quantum resonance modeling
Neurobiological integration
Color-coded energy mapping
The Light Calendar of Life
Ephaptic field interpretation
User-input assessments (17-question matrix)

Services include personalized algorithmic guidance, videos, digital content, breathing practices, visualizations, and affiliate marketing opportunities.

Note: Any user may purchase and benefit from NeuroCosmica products and services without participating in the Affiliate Program. Affiliation is entirely optional and not required for access to any Light Algorithm or product.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use NeuroCosmica. If you are under 18, you may use our services only under parental or guardian supervision and with explicit adult consent.

3. Account Creation

To access personalized Light Algorithms and affiliate benefits, users must:

Create an account
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain confidentiality of their credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:

Reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Light Algorithms without written consent
Use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
Tamper with our algorithms, Light Calendar of Life, or assessments
Misrepresent yourself or your energetic data

You agree to use NeuroCosmica as a complementary practice and not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial services.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to algorithms, assessments, visuals, text, videos, designs, and training systems, is the exclusive intellectual property of NeuroCosmica and Kingdom of Angels.

You may not:

Copy or distribute our materials
Recreate or reverse engineer the Light Algorithms
Use our content to create derivative products
Claim ownership of any proprietary tools or methods

6. Payments & Refunds

All Light Algorithms are custom-made based on user responses and cannot be refunded once purchased. These are non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-reversible.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and selected cryptocurrencies.

If a technical issue prevents algorithm delivery, we will re-send the content or offer store credit.

7. Affiliate Program

NeuroCosmica offers a multi-tier affiliate program. To participate, users must:

Register as an Affiliate
Purchase at least one Light Algorithm
Abide by ethical and legal marketing practices

Affiliate Structure:

Affiliate A: Direct – earns up to 45% commissions
Affiliate B: Sponsored by A – A earns 18% of their sales
Affiliate C: Sponsored by B – A earns 7% of their sales

Affiliates may recruit as many new users as they choose. All are considered “Primary Affiliates” when they sponsor others.

8. Data Privacy

All user data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. This includes:

Energetic profile data
Personal identifiers
Affiliate transaction history

We protect your information with encryption, anonymization, and secure backups.

9. Disclaimers

NeuroCosmica services are:

Non-medical
Non-clinical
Not evaluated by the FDA

We do not promise or guarantee results. Outcomes depend on individual energetic, emotional, and environmental factors.

Always consult your physician, financial advisor, or therapist for professional guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuroCosmica shall not be liable for:

Any health outcome, emotional state, or financial loss
Misapplication of Light Algorithms
User misinterpretation of algorithmic guidance
Business losses from affiliate referrals

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific algorithm in question.

11. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Use Light Algorithms for harmful or exploitative purposes
Engage in fraudulent or misleading activity
Damage the reputation of NeuroCosmica

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Notifications of changes will be sent by email or posted on our website. Continued use implies agreement to new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florida.
